Another Great Isshinryu Cross Training Saturday

We had another great Saturday of cross training in Jui-Jitsu.  Lots of techniques shown!  An estimated crowd of 60 to 70 karate Ki on the floor.  Lots of energy!  Lots of good instruction.  The next one will be in Greenville, S.C. in May.  I hope you can make it.
