I've been remiss on attendance of late. Sorry guys. Lots of life events. Divorce the primary one. I now live in Andersonville, and with the girl of my dreams. The Lord certainly does work in mysterious ways, and I'm more at peace than I've ever been.

My fiance is very interested in the competition aspect of karate, and luckily this is something I have some experience in. Although she's new, she has a great deal of potential, and I look forward to watching her learn and grow.

Of course, when she said she wanted to compete, and study karate, I could think of no better organization than you guys.

All of that said, we are planning to attend this event, I will most likely just judge, but who knows. I'm certainly not in competition shape, however, I've lost 50 lbs since most of you have seen me. Started at 255 and a 42 waist. Now I'm 205 and a 36. Haven't worn a 36 since I was competiting. Wow. I swim in my size 6 Tokiado.

I look forward to seeing you all there, and resuming my training with your group!

ps I fought in my Cleveland organizations national weekend in November, and was appalled at their attitudes and behaviors. I didn't realize how bad things were there, until I met the Pete Mills group and saw how martial arts SHOULD be. Guys, well done. I've been doing this all of my life, and you are the best organziation I've come across by far. Amazing when you add the Lord to activities how much He changes them in a postive way. I'm blessed to have found you.
